Group & Semi-Private Training
Small group personal training in a functional and dedicated environment for 2, 3, or more .
Offered in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions allows athletes of similar skillsets to work out in a fun, yet functional group environment. We have a dedicated classroom in our full-service gym with age-appropriate equipment. Or, we can bring the session to your location! Our goal is not only to improve fitness and motor development, but to promote social interaction and self confidence in a safe space. Groups are designed to meet peer compatibility and skillset for all participants.
How it works:
Semi-Private training is perfect for 2-3 clients and provides the ability to train with a friend or peer while also getting individualized attention.
Group training is ideal for larger groups of 4+ participants and gives a more social and class-like experience, while also being small enough where participants receive personalized attention from the trainer.
Once you've established the size of your group, each session is then designed and structured according to peer compatibility and skillset. This will be determined by your trainer upon your initial evaluation.
Training sessions can are offered in 30, 45, or 60 minute durations.

* Membership Fee: A $9.99 is charged for all Personal, Semi, or Group Training clients and is only valid for the day of training. This includes Post-Workout time in the gym for use of equipment, including cardio and weight machines. Annual Maintenance Fee: All memberships subject to annual fee of $30. Discounts: Available for First Responders or active duty United States Military, or teachers. Valid proof is required at time of signup to qualify.
