Are these programs for special needs kids and adults only?While we specialize in working with those with special needs, we work with children and adults of all abilities and offer discounted training sessions to parents and caregivers.

Is the gym open to the public?Yes!

What is your group obstacle course?The obstacle course contains several unique stations to improve physical activity. These fun challenges are entertaining and help to build and to improve gross and fine motor skills while incorporating new forms of active play.

What happens if I can't make it to my appointment?Text or call your trainer ASAP. If you child is feeling ill the night before, please email or call your trainer.

Where do I park?Please park in the main parking lot.

Can parents/caregiver's workout at the gym while their child has their session?Yes, we offer special memberships for parents and caregivers. You can ask your trainer for pricing or call 914-694-4841.

Do participants needs to have prior fitness experience?No, we work with individuals of all physical abilities, history and experience.

Do you offer lesson packages?Yes We offer a 5-pack of lessons or a10-pack of lessons.

What should my child wear and bring for their fitness session?Participants should wear sneakers and comfortable workout clothing.

What should I bring with me to my first session?Bring your intake form if you haven’t emailed it to your trainer before hand.

What are the session lengths offered?30 minute, 45 minute and 1 hour sessions.

What happens during the first session?We will conduct a fitness evaluation with your child to determine how your child learns best and how they respond to certain exercise.
