Our commitment to quality extends beyond equipment. All staff hold national certifications and undergo rigorous training through our in-house education program developed by our Education Director Charles DeFrancesco — author of several nationally certified training courses and training manuals. Charles is one the country's premier expert witnesses in personal trainer negligence cases and a recognized leader in professional fitness education.

Fit4All is a private gym and training studio in White Plains, NY with a private membership base. Access is extended to office park tenants, corporate partners, educators, government employees, seniors, personal training clients, and referrals from current members. This selective model ensures a respectful, welcoming environment for all.
