Liz Frano brings over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and holds certifications from NFPT, ACE, and ISSA. Her expertise spans weight training, functional training, weight loss, circuit training, strength and endurance conditioning, TRX, Bosu, kettlebell workouts, and point boxing.
Liz’s approach combines weight and functional training with corrective exercises, ensuring her clients achieve their goals safely while addressing muscular imbalances. She is dedicated to helping individuals improve their strength, flexibility, and overall health, equipping them to tackle the unique challenges of their daily lives with confidence and ease.
Her fitness journey began after the birth of her second son, when she discovered the transformative impact of exercise on both her physical well-being and quality of life. This experience fueled her passion for guiding others on their paths to better health, reducing pain, and unlocking their full potential.
