One-On-One
Personal Training
In-home, in-gym or in-school personal training for all fitness levels.
Personal Training is available to all ages and all fitness levels ranging from athletes to special populations. We recognize that personal training and exercise needs to be customized and structured based on the individual’s specific needs.
For this reason, our staff is required to complete our nationally recognized in-house education program, which includes education on working with the special needs population. Besides athletes, moms, and older adults, our staff is educated on working with children with Autism, Asperger’s, ADD/ADHD, Sensory Processing and Down Syndrome.
You do not have to be a gym member to work with a personal trainer.
We offer 30-Minute, 45-Minute, and 60-Minute Sessions. All new athletes have a free evaluation in order to assess their current fitness level and ability in order to determine the best fit.
